How does THS locate temporary homes?

We have various resources available to our Relocation Directors. Each Relocation Director is an expert in their respective region.

How long will finding a temporary home take?

Our typical turn around time is 48 - 72 hrs.

Does THS accommodate pets?

YES! Because we specialize in like kind and quality housing, we are able to accommodate any special needs, such as pets, school districts, etc. We understand the importance of maintaining your lifestyle while away from home. (Additional deposits may apply.)

How is billing handled?

Within 24 hours of your move-in, you will receive one single invoice. We are able to customize the billing to meet any special needs you may have. Whether you want to be billed up front for the entire stay or monthly is entirely up to you.

Who do I contact for questions regarding billing, placement, customer service, etc.?

You can contact your local Relocation Director with any questions you may have. Local Relocation Directors are your ONE POINT OF CONTACT and are available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. We know your time is valuable, so we won't waste it!
